SWIS Suite prices are based on the number of apps you purchase for a school. Whether you subscribe to one, two, or all three apps, prices include every feature, every report, with no hidden fees. Deeper bulk discounts are available when you purchase subscriptions for at least 20 schools. Sound like a deal? PBIS Assessment
PBIS Assessment is free for every school interested in collecting survey data for their building. Yes, really. It's free! There is no license agreement required to activate your PBIS Assessment account. Simply contact a local coordinator, or fill out your own coordinator information form to get started today!
PBIS Evaluation
Yearly PBIS Evaluation fees are based on the type of organization subscribing to the app. Regardless of the number of schools you support, prices include every feature and report with no hidden fees. Included with your subscription fee is a 2-hour, personalized training from one of our PBISApps trainers to introduce you to the app and walk you through how to use data in PBIS Evaluation to drive decisions. To get your subscription, send us a signed license agreement and completed evaluator forms for anyone who needs access. If you're looking for a regional subscription, we'll need district permission forms for any district that's part of your area. Get all those forms together and send them to our Account Management and Support team.
How are SWIS Suite subscriptions prorated?
All SWIS Suite subscriptions run from September 1 to August 31. So, we prorate new subscriptions monthly. In other words, if you subscribe in the middle of the month, we won't bill you for that month...even if you start on the second day of the month!
How do SWIS Suite bundled discounts work?
We bill SWIS Suite subscriptions annually, so we are only able to give a bundled discount to apps purchased together. Apps purchased one-at-a-time throughout the year are each billed at the prorated, 1-app rate, but you'll get the bundled-app discount on September 1 when your subscription renews. Make sure to have new additions to existing subscriptions in before August 1st to get that bundled-app discount at renewal.
Can I pay for a SWIS Suite app bundle in advance?
Yes. If you know you want to use more than one app later in the year, you can take advantage of the bundled-app discount by subscribing to the apps you want all at once.
How do SWIS Suite bulk discounts work?
To qualify for a bulk discount, 20 or more school subscriptions must appear on a single invoice, regardless of the number of apps each school uses.
Can I trial the SWIS Suite before purchase?
Free trial periods are not be available for the SWIS Suite. However,
demo versions of each app are available to test out as much as you want.
Can I prepay my school’s subscription fee?
Yes, we can accept prepayments. Please contact our account management team to request an invoice for your school’s future subscriptions. You may prepay for up to three years in advance.
What are the payment terms for SWIS Suite subscriptions?
All subscription fees are invoiced with payment terms of net 30 days. Payers receive first and second notices of past due payment 30 and 60 days after the initial invoice date, respectively. Subscriptions are put on hold after 90 days of non-payment. Renewing subscriptions are invoiced on September 1st.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
SWIS Suite invoices are available in the app by going to the Tools menu and navigating to Invoice Details. Our account management team is always happy to provide you with a copy of your invoice, too.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, VISA, and MasterCard. Checks should be made payable to the University of Oregon. Credit card
payments can be made online. Unfortunately, credit card payments cannot be accepted over the phone.
Can I pay my subscription with a purchase order (PO)?
We gladly accept purchase orders, however, we are not able to accept them as final payment for your subscription. If a purchase order number is part of your process, please send it and we will be sure to note the information on your account. If payment has not been received after 90 days, your account may be put on hold for non-payment.
Is PBIS Assessment really free? Do I have to pay for training?PBIS Assessment doesn't require a credit card and is 100% free. We have
free webinars to train you and your team on the app, the TFI, and the School Climate Surveys. Even Coordinator training is free!
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of the billing cycle, but you can stop it from renewing by cancelling at any time. Refunds are not available for the remainder of the subscription term.
